Lifesharing through Family Living
Lifesharing through Family Living is a residential program licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare, Office of Developmental Programs. This residential program provides an alternative to the traditional community living arrangement in a group home setting.
Individuals who choose this residential option have the opportunity to live with a family in their community and to become part of a family. Through this experience, both parties are enriched as they share in the responsibilities, successes, obstacles, celebrations and the day-to-day living as a member of a family. Respite care for the individual is available to families when they choose to utilize this service.
